Robert Morales: Toned Toney shaping up for rematch

WHEN James "Lights Out" Toney is in shape, he can be one of the best pound-for-pound fighters in the world.

It showed when he stopped former heavyweight champion Evander Holyfield in the ninth round in October 2003. Toney sported a svelte physique for that fight, weighing a lean 217 pounds.
