UNDEFEATED cruiserweight prospect Aaron Williams, (11-0-1, 7 KO’s), will headline Bobby Hitz’s “Wednesday Night Fights,” March 21s t, at the beautiful Sears Centre in Hoffman Estates, IL, just 35-minutes northwest of Chicago. The first fight starts at 7:30 p.m.

“We’re grateful to Mr. Hitz for having us on this card,” said Williams’ advisor, Patrick Doljanin. “Aaron has made a lot of fans in Chicago who appreciate a well skilled, polished boxer/puncher. This is a rare opportunity for Chicago boxing fans to see a future champion in the making.”

In his last Chicago appearance, January 24th, Williams gave a boxing clinic as he dropped Charles Davis twice in the 1st round on route to a lopsided unanimous decision.

“I’ve got a lot of fans in Chicago,” said Williams during a phone interview. “I’m getting a lot of great work here (the Top Rank Gym, Las Vegas) and I’m looking forward to stepping-up for my first eight-rounder.”

At just 20 years old, Williams has caught the attention of many boxing aficionados and insiders. He has served as a sparring partner for former world champion Chris Byrd, Sam Peter and, most recently, was the main sparring partner for newly crowned Light Heavyweight Champion, Chad Dawson.

March will be a busy month for the young Cruiserweight. He’s scheduled to fight nine days later in Cleveland.

“We will continue to keep Aaron busy,” added manager Albert Falcon. “This will be a big year for Aaron and he will be fighting for the WBC Youth Title by the end of the year.”

As an amateur, Williams had over 100 fights and won 9-national titles, including three wins over current NABF Cruiserweight Champion, Matt Godfrey.

The Sears Centre is a 35 minute commute from Chicago. The action starts at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets can be purchased by calling (847) 649-2222, Warehouse Gym & Boxing Club (847) 831-0723, or, by going to searscentre.com.

You can also stop by the Warehouse Gym & Boxing Club, 1546 Old Deerfield Road Highland Park, IL, to purchase your tickets. The Warehouse Gym & Boxing Club is Chicago’s largest boxing gym and only 30 minutes north of Chicago. Private lessons, adult boxing, kids boxing and training camps are available for all levels of boxers. The Warehouse training team is headed by former WBC Cruiserweight Champion, Jason Robinson.
