KRYSZTOF Wlodarczyk vs Stan Cunningham, the rematch, for the IBF cruiser title goes ahead May 26 in Katowice, in the south of Poland, in the biggest, 12 000 seats, sporthall in Poland. Welter Rafael Jackiewicz defends the IBC 147 lb title in the chief support. Jr middle Damian Jonak goes for the WBC Youth interim belt. Hammer Knockout promotes.
SES´ show April 7 in Hamburg topped by Czech jr middle Lukas Konecny defending the WBO I/C title against Serge Vigne feature several interesting matchups on the undercard. Heavyweight Gbenga Oloukun will now hopefully finally get to face Russian Alexei Varakin and supermiddle Michal Bilak fight Gusmyl Perdomo.
WBO jr middle champ Sergey Dzinziruk is now officially on for a title defence on Universum´s big May 9 show in Hamburg. Already on are EBU heavy champ Valdimir Virchis vs Paolo Vidoz, supermiddle Jurgen Brahmer vs Hector Velaczo and EBU lightheavy Thomas Ulrich vs Leonard Turchi.
Jr middle Mariusz Cendrowski will be on the Valuev vs Chagaev undercard April 14 in Stuttgart and word is he is now signed to Don King Productions.
The annual Fernand Roelands Memorial May 1 in Bruges, Belgium, have Innocent vs Hervé De Luca for the vacant BeNeLux title at jr light on top. Heavyweight Carlos Testing Nakam is also on the show.
Vincenzo Cantatore and Aleksander Gourov are co-challengers for the vacant EBU cruiser title. Deadline for purse offers or agreement is April 23.
