Chicago's David Diaz will be all business this Saturday night when he defends his WBC Lightweight Title against Erik Morales, who's seeking his fourth weight class championship belt
CHICAGO - In anticipation of their light world championship bout this Saturday night, August 4th at WAR FOR 4! at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont , IL , fight fans are encouraged to welcome David Diaz and Erik “EL Terrible” Morales who will make their grand arrival on Tuesday, July 31st at 11am at the Chicago Hilton, the host hotel for the event.
Diaz is returning to his hometown of Chicago after spending the last few weeks training in St. Louis under the watchful eye of co-trainer, Kevin Cunningham. Morales travels from the Otomi facility in the mountains north of Mexico City for his first battle in Chicago over the course of his legendary career.
The Morales vs. Diaz world championship showdown headlines the WAR FOR 4! extravaganza which takes place Saturday, August 4th at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, IL and broadcast live on pay-per-view.
