2,700 Physicians, Health Professionals & Execs at Advanced Anti-Aging Clinic!

Chicago's Largest Scientific Conference on Advanced Preventive Medicine: Forum on Clinical & Research Breakthroughs in Anti-Aging Medicine Co-Sponsored by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M)

Press Release

CHICAGO, August 9, 2007 - More than 2,700 delegates and industry leaders participated in Chicago's scientific conference of Summer 2007 focusing on advanced preventive medicine and cutting-edge clinical and research breakthroughs in preventing and treating the diseases and disabilities associated with the biological process of aging. More than 40 nations around the world were represented by this group of innovative physicians and health practitioners unified by a general consensus that the maximum healthy human lifespan will approach 150 years by the year 2050.

The Summer 2007 Session of the 15th Annual International Congress on Anti-Aging Medicine & Regenerative Biomedical Technologies was co-sponsored by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M; www.worldhealth.net), the academic leader in a worldwide movement in life enhancement and life extension that impacts over 100,000 physicians from 90 countries.

The A4M is the originator and founding medical society of the clinical specialty of anti-aging medicine, and the organization's physician co-founder and President, Dr. Ronald Klatz, has been hailed by BusinessWeek as "the Guru of Anti-Aging." Comments Dr. Klatz: "The A4M is arguably the world's fastest growing medical society in the world today.

Nearly half of the delegates at this event are new to the anti-aging clinical specialty, which attests to the demand for wellness-oriented healthcare by consumers." Adds Dr. Robert Goldman, A4M Chairman: " The A4M launched a number of advanced specialty training programs for physicians interested in the science of extending the healthy human lifespan. The A4M's Fellowship in Anti-Aging & Regenerative Medicine now enrolls hundreds of physicians worldwide in advanced Board Certifications postdoctoral, hands-on training in this burgeoning medical field, and more than 2,500 doctors are certified by, or are pursuing certification by, the American Board of Anti-Aging & Regenerative Medicine - a program launched in 1997 by the A4M."

At this blockbuster scientific conference, physicians were eligible to earn up to 55.5 hours of Category 1 AMA/PRA credits while learning the state-of-the-art scientific information in some of the most promising aspects of progressive preventive healthcare.

Hot topics included:

A swarm of interested delegates encircled syndicated New York City television and radio medical reporter Gary Null, PhD, who also holds the position of Adjunct Professor at Farleigh Dickensen University (New Jersey, USA), after his presentation on "Nutritional Interventions to Reverse Damage Caused by Aging"

Jeffrey Smith, MBA, author of Seeds of Deception and Genetic Roulette, delivered a provocative presentation on "The Documented Health Risks of Genetically Engineered Foods." He elaborated on the worldwide scientific rebellion against unproven, untested, and unsafe genetically modified foods, many of which are already on our pantry and store shelves.

Following an introduction by Dr. Ronald Klatz, A4M President, Imre Zs.-Nagy, MD, a founding scientist of cell biology and human longevity and the founder and editor-in-chief of Archives of Gerontology and Geriatrics, presented data putting forth that "Aging is an Adult Growth Hormone Deficiency." Dr. Nagy outlined his views regarding the unfounded and unscientific attacks against physicians seeking to help their aging, hormone-deficient patients.

The Panel Discussion "What Works NOW for Therapeutic Anti-Aging Medicine," included Ronald Klatz, MD, DO; Robert Goldman, MD, PhD, DO, FAASP; Imre Zs.-Nagy, MD; Eric Braverman, MD; Ron Rothenberg, MD; Denise Bruner, MD; Pamela Smith, MD, MPH; and Mark Gordon, MD. Panelists shared their thoughts on the top anti-aging nutrients and therapeutic interventions, as well as some of their personal longevity secrets. Video of this important presentation will be available at the soon-to-be inaugurated anti-aging television channel, www.worldhealthnet.tv.

David Diaz, World Boxing Council interim lightweight champion since August 2006, successfully defended his title -- thanks to the elite training anti-aging technologies advanced by the A4M

Immediately after delivering his presentation on "Elastic Recoil Mechanisms," James Stoxen, DC, founder and director of Team Doctors Chiropractic Treatment and Training Center, proceeded to the Allstate Arena to provide medical consultation to lightweight boxer David Diaz, who successfully defended his World Boxing Council lightweight title.

Commented Dr. Klatz: "This is a precise example of the crossover between elite sports medicine and anti-aging medicine: the same principles of strength, power, and endurance that help athletes to win championships, can be applied to seniors to help them to remain free of disability and dependence." The Annual World Congress attracts the most concentrated and focused audience of decision-making buyers of progressive preventive health products and services.

The Summer 2007 Session's co-located Chicago Anti-Aging Exposition provided the season's prime networking opportunity for industry leaders to introduce decision-making physicians to the latest products and services pertaining to life enhancement and life extension.

Exhibitors reported great interest from the flood of new doctors to the field. Arasys Perfector President, Xanya Sofrra-Weiss, PhD, reported that: "From a cash point of view, this event was outstanding. Arasys Perfector sold 22 machines to new doctors, that's more than $700,000 in sales in just two days for our company."

The "Passport to Prizes" raffle was generously supported by seventeen sponsors. Prizes included Apple iPods, Sony DVD players, a Sony Multiformat DVD recorder, and a Microsoft XBox 360. The raffle's top prize, a Samsung 61" plasma HD television, was won by Dr. David Florence.

Of the success of the Anti-Aging Exposition, Dr. Goldman observes: "The partnership between Medical Conferences International, Inc., event organizer, and Tarsus Group PLC, a UK-based trade show group, continues to deliver tangible results for our exhibitors. The Las Vegas Anti-Aging Exposition, taking place December 12-15, 2007, will showcase more than 500 corporate booths. It is an event that no industry leader should miss." As far as the global culture of adoption of anti-aging medicine, the A4M has been a major force in advancing the medical specialty worldwide. The A4M has been responsible for positioning the anti-aging clinical medical specialty as a leading innovative paradigm for healthcare in the aging nations around the world. The A4M co-sponsors the world's largest scientific conferences in the area of advanced preventative medicine. The A4M conferences have achieved what to our knowledge no other medical group in history in any specialty has accomplished, growing in three years from just two international conferences to more than 30 annual international conferences around the world on all continents in 2007, many with the support of governments, ministries of health and international sports federation organizations.

At the Summer 2007 Annual World Congress, Dr. Goldman announced the Shanghai Anti-Aging Congress & China Pharm Exposition, taking place 29-31 October 2007, which is projected to attract 20,000 physicians and present 3,000 corporate booths. Immediately after the Shanghai World Congress, most of the speakers and exhibitors will move to Dong Guan, where more than 2,000 physicians, scientists, and hospital principals will convene to learn, network, and source anti-aging products at the China Health Industry Forum. Both the Shanghai and the Dong Guan events are officially backed by the Chinese government.

The 15th International Congress on Anti-Aging Medicine Winter 2007 Session and co-located Las Vegas Anti-Aging Exposition will take place 12-15 December 2007 at The Venetian Hotel & Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada USA.

Meet thousands of doctors, guest speakers, exhibitors, key members of the industry and media. The 15th Annual World Congress on Anti-Aging Medicine & Regenerative Biomedical Technologies, Las Vegas, NV 2007 is an international event with:
