INDIANAPOLIS, Ind., September 25, 2007 - Octavius James, CEO of One In A Million Inc., in association with Classic Auto Insurance and Childers Promotions, announced today that undefeated female phenom "Merciless" Mary McGee (11-0, 6 KOs) will fight for her first championship on Friday, October 19th when she faces Tawnyah Freeman (8-4, 3 KOs) for the NABC lightweight title in the Hall of Champions at the Adam's Mark Hotel in Indianapolis.
In addition, Indy fight fan favorites "Downtown" Louis Brown (15-3, 10 KOs) and Anthony "Showtime" Shuler (20-5-1, 14 KOs) will be featured separately on the six-bout card.
"We're excited to be hosting this event in the Circle City," said Octavius James, CEO of One In A Million Inc. "The NABC should be Mary's first title in what is sure to be a career full of titles. In a championship city like Indy, the fans have high expectations. I'm certain that Mary will deliver nothing less than a world class effort."

21-year-old Mary McGee was raised in Gary, Indiana by her grandmother, a devout Jehovah's Witness. "The minister told my grandmother that my boxing was going against church doctrine and that we would be kicked out of the church if I continued," McGee explained. Her grandmother gave her an ultimatum- quit boxing or move out.
16-year-old Mary made her choice. She trained in secret.
Two years and two Golden Gloves titles later, Mary was of age. Indiana businessman George Rogge is now the manger of her professional career and Mary remains close to her grandmother and the rest of her family.
"Fighting for a title is my dream come true," said McGee. "Gary is my hometown, but Indy has great fans. I'll win them over with my fighting style because I plan to put on a show."
