Help Fightnews.com's Robert Hoffman with Medical Expenses
With the passing of his wife, in addition to his grief, Fightnews.com's Robert Hoffman's has a heavy financial burden to bear.
His friend and fellow Chicagoland boxing reporter, Jacob Chavez, has stepped up to the plate to help his friend. Here's what he had to say:
I regret to inform you all that Robert Hoffman’s wife passed away Saturday night after being ill for many years. Robert has been a writer for Fightnews.com for a very long time and has covered dozens of fights in the area.
Over the years I have come to know Rob as a very loyal friend and an extremely hard working father and husband. Working multiple jobs to pay for medical bills and now final expenses for his wife, I am asking for donations to help Robert out. I have opened an account in his name with the information below. TCF bank has locations throughout and can be found inside Jewel Osco Stores. Please donate what you can and forward this [information] to anybody who may not be aware of his loss.
The wake will be on Friday from 5PM-9PM and the information of the funeral home is listed below.
