MERRILLVILLE, Ind., January 8 - On Friday, February 1, Octavius James' One In A Million Inc. kicks-off 2008 with a sensational five-bout card from the Radisson at Star Plaza Theatre in Merrillville, Indiana. In the main event, in an outstanding "Boxer vs. Brawler" match up, Gary's undefeated lightweight "Dangerous" Don Moore (14-0-1, 10) faces warrior Francisco "Panchito" Zepeda (16-6, 9) of Indianapolis /Cocula, JA, Mexico.

"We're very excited to feature this bout in the main event," said Octavius James. "This is a fight fans fight. Moore is a slick, stylistic boxer and Zepeda is a blood-and-guts Mexican brawler who just won't go away."

In the co-main event, One In A Million's "franchise player," undefeated Michael Walker (17-0-1, 11) of Chicago's south side, returns to the ring for a middleweight bout against an opponent to be named.

"Walker gave nothing but great performances last year and the boxing experts took note," said James. "We're negotiating for him to have a championship opportunity as soon as possible. Now may be the local fans last chance to see Walker fight in an intimate venue like the Radisson."

On December 14, light heavyweight Matt Short (4-9, 3) of Garrett Indiana scored a shocking first round knocked out of local favorite Jimmy Perez Jr. (2-1, 1). Perez, a Hammond native who was highly touted in the region, seemingly simply got caught with a perfect shot. They will re-match on February 1.

"I guess I can say that Jimmy's unexpected knock out loss shows that we're putting on competitive fights," said James. "I still have a lot of faith in Jimmy. He learned something with that loss and I respect him for demanding an immediate rematch instead of asking for a tune-up first."

Rounding out the card, super middleweight Jimmy "The Fighting School Teacher" Holmes (16-1-2, 9) of DeMotte, super middleweight Derrick "Superman" Findley (9-2, 5) of Gary and welterweight Ed Ochoa (2-0, 2) of Hobart, all take on opponents to be announced.

Tickets, priced at $100 VIP, $75 VIP ringside, $50 ringside and $30 general admission, are available from Star Plaza Theatre box office at (219-769-6600) or from any Ticket Master location at (312-559-1212) or (219/791-1234) or www.TicketMaster.com.

Just 45 minutes from downtown Chicago, the Radisson at Star Plaza is located at I-65 and US 30 in Merrillville, IN. Doors open at 7 p.m. First bout at 8 p.m.
