Fundraiser for Chicago's No. 1 Amateur Female Boxer This Thursday Night!
Help raise funds for top-rated fighter's trip to Nationals

Chicago's very own, Samantha Guzman will be competing at the end of this month in The National Police Athletic League (PAL) Championship in Oxnard, California. Samantha is currently ranked #2 by USA Boxing in the Nation, 2x Chicago Golden Gloves Champion, Great Lakes Regional Champion and National Golden Gloves Champion. She has been featured in several local and city newspapers and was featured in a TV segment with Layla Ali on Geraldo at Large.
The Guzman Family, along with Haro Tapas y Pintxos Restaurant, will be hosting a fundraising event in her honor Thursday, September 11, 2008 at 6 pm. Please feel free to bring your family and friends to help support Chicago's #1 female boxing champion!!
There will be an open Tapas buffet from 7:00pm to 8:00pm and a live band performance at 9:00pm. There will also be a cash bar and part of the proceeds will go to Samantha and sponsoring of her trip to California. Additional donations are also welcome!
