Gym closes for another 'Rescue Me' shooting

NEW YORK CITY -- Greetings! Gleason's Gym has renewed its professional boxing license. We intend to run monthly shows on the first Tuesday of each month. We will use primarily four and six round New York boxers.
Our first show will be February 3, 2009, at the Masonic Temple, 317 Clermont Ave., Brooklyn, New York. This show will feature two ex-world champions in an eight round Main Event. Rafael Concepcion 12-3-1 vs Kermin Guardia 37-8-0. Other featured boxers, all training out of Gleason's Gym include: Ahmed Samir, Jose Espinal, Eilon Kedam, Dean Walker, Kamal Al-Olabi, Floriano Pagliara and amateur World Champion Keisher McLeod in her pro debut.

The doors will open at 6:30PM and the first bout will be at 7:30PM.
The gym will close this Friday, January 16, 2009, at 5:30PM to shoot an episode of "Rescue Me." The gym will reopen Saturday morning at 8:00AM.
