Knott Street Coach, Joel Caldera is the proprietor of the popular family-owned Mexican restaurant. Caldera expects at least a dozen bouts with participating clubs from Tacoma, Olympia and South Park, Washington, and including Oregon teams from Albany, Salem, and Central Oregon as well as the Grand Avenue and Knott Street Clubs from Portland. Since Catalina’s has a beer license, Caldera says a separate beer garden will be arranged for the event. First bout starts at 5 p.m. General Admission is $10 for the show, but $50 will buy you a front row seat, four beers and dinner at Catalina’s before or after the show.
