Ron Lipton displays the shape he maintains through disciplined training (Lipton Photo) HYDE PARK, NY - Ron Lipton, former sparring partner of Muhammad Ali, Hurricane Carter, and many others, as well as world class referee who's overseen many battles, including Holyfield-Mercer, Morrison-Ruddock and more, maintains excellent conditioning to this day via regular exercise and a strict diet.
