Robert Morales: This bout is weighty issue

When Jose Luis Castillo failed to make weight June 2 for what was supposed to be his third fight with Diego Corrales on June 3 in Las Vegas, resulting in the fight's cancellation, it was like a ton of bricks had fallen on Gary Shaw, Corrales' promoter.

One day later, Shaw said he would be filing a lawsuit against Castillo and at least one other party. On Monday, he did just that in New York state court, suing Castillo, his stateside promoter Bob Arum of Top Rank Inc. and his Mexican promoter, Fernando Beltran.
