'Fight Night Fights' return to Las Vegas
Trejo-Nunes headlines Sept. 1 show at The Orleans

LAS VEGAS (August 24, 2006) - "Friday Night Fights," promoted by Guilty Boxing in association with Silverhawk Championship Boxing, returns September 1 to Las Vegas, headlined by the NABF & NABA super featherweight title fight between Fernando "The Thief" Trejo and Agnaldo Nunes, at the Orleans Hotel-Casino.

Trejo (27-10-4, 17 KOs), rated No. 12 by the World Boxing Council, is the former NABF and WBC Fecarbox super featherweight champion, as well as ex-NABF lightweight title-holder. The hard-punching Mexican's most notable victories have been against previously unbeaten (20-0) Jose Armando Santa Cruz (TKO10) and (19-3-2) Luis Antonio Arceo (DEC12).

WBC No. 23 rated Nunes (15-1-1, 7 KOs) is a two-time Brazilian Olympian. His only loss as a pro was to Eric "Mighty Mouse" Aiken, reigning IBF featherweight champion, by six-round decision in 2003.

In the 10-round co-feature, Eduardo Escobedo (16-2, 11 KOs) faces unbeaten Angel Recio (8-0, 2 KOs) for the WBC Youth featherweight title.

Undefeated welterweight prospect Alexis Camacho (10-0, 8 KOs), who has put eight of 10 opponents to sleep, takes on former WBC Youth title challenger Tyler Ziolkowski (8-4, 6 KOs) in a six-round bout.

Also scheduled to fight on the undercard in separate bouts are cruiserweight Brandon "The Havoc" Harris (3-0, 2 KOs), super welterweight Jaudiel "Negro" Zepeda (10-1, 9 KOs) and light heavyweight Dimitrique Edwards (9-2-1, 6 KOs). All fighters and bouts are subject to change.

Tickets, priced at $25.00 and $35.00, may be purchased at the Orleans box office or by calling 702.365.7111. Go on line to www.silverhawkboxing.com for additional information about the show.
