WBC's Maricio Sulaiman Denies Set Dates for Kessler-Andrade Negotiations

Mauricio Sulaimain of the WBC denies having set any dates for negotiations or purse bids for Kessler vs Andrade but says it will be done at the upcoming convention and since Andrade was the mandatory challenger for then WBC champ Markus Beyer and agreed to step aside it will most certainly be out on short terms.
At the same time Team Palle is pushing hard for a Joe Calzaghe vs Mikkel Kessler showdown that will be for the WBO/IBF/WBC/ WBA titles.
Welter Jackson Osei Bonsu headlines the annual Flanders Boxing Associationīs November 1 show in Izegem. Osei fights slick Romanian spoiler Vasile Surcica. Jr middle veteran Douglas Bellini take on Carlos Schram over six on the undercard.
Boxing in Kyrgizstan: There will a show November 17 at the Metro Bar in Bishkek headlined by 5-0 bantam Timur Shailezov and heavyweight debutant Marat Jumanaliev. There are plans for two more shows before Christmas.
Hungarian heavy Zoltan Petrovic, a notorious soft touch on the road, got a lucky break when hardpunching German Sebastian Kober was forced to pull out of the their October 28 showdown in Stuttgart. Instead Petrovic will fight Dieter Roth. Zoltan will then, if all goes well, take on Gabor Gyuris in a defence of the national title November 26 in Mor.
Belgian supermiddle Michel Henrotin is preparing in Marseille for his November 4 fight against Ukrainian Stas Kashtanov for the WBC Youth title. Stablemate, heavyweight Oleg Platov, is still in Belgium and trains for his IBF I/C clash against veteran Henry Akinwande November 4 in Muhleim/Ruhr. Manager for both is Alain Vanackere, who also head EuroBoxe. The first EuroBoxe promotion of the fall is set for Namur November 18 with heavyweight Geoffrey Batello on top.
EBU feather ruler Cyril Thomas will now defend against Ukrainian Yuri Voronin November 3 in St Quentin. Voronin replaces Alberto Servidei.
Interbox announced yesterday that supermiddle Lucian Bute will take on tough Russian southpaw Sergey Tatevosyan December 1 in Montreal. Tatevosyan comes in fresh off an upset win over Dane Rudy Markussen.
German welter Norman Schuster will face Pole Adam Zadworny tomorrow in Halle/Saale on the Veit vs Inkin show. Schuster is signed to SES and lives in Halle.
