Robert Morales: Pacquiao trying to stay focused

ANY athlete needs to be focused on the task at hand. But perhaps no athlete moreso than boxers because of the obvious danger one punch can do to someone, turning around a fight and sending a superior fighter to defeat.

Manny Pacquiao said that one of the reasons he lost a decision to Erik Morales in their first fight in March 2005 was the distraction caused by a beef with Gary Shaw, who was his promoter at the time. According to Pacquiao, that, and a cut he suffered during the fight were the reasons he lost.
