On June 14, 2007 Cestus Management’s super middleweight powerhouse, Don “Da’Bomb” George, returns to action in Rochester , New York . Top Rank, Inc., which promotes Donovan George, is hosting a fight card which features former undisputed heavyweight champion Hasim Rahman. The main and co-main event are to be televised on the Versus Network.

The Chicago based George, who is 13-0-1 with 11 kos, is slated to face the “Cobra” Cory Phelps ( 10-2-0 with 6 kos). It is a fight that is sure to steal the show as “Da’Bomb” always comes out looking for the big knockout. George’s powers is as legitimate is there is in the fight game as Donovan can turnout the lights with one punch.
Mike Michael of Cestus Management, who will be celebrating a birthday on the day of the fight, said, “I am so excited and am ready for Donovan to give me my birthday gift with a big win that night. I know that Don is working extra hard and will absolutely explode in Rochester .” Michael continued, “I would like to thank Bob Arum and everyone in Top Rank as they have been a true pleasure to work with. The only thing left is to lock the doors and run for cover because it’s ‘Da’Bomb’ time!”

Donovan is a good kid. He has power, brains and heart. I think he will do well in this fight! My pick: Donovan by KO in 5.
