Dear Boxing Friends,
I would like you to visit www.myworldofsports.com/beta and take a look at the site. It is like a "My Space" meets "Youtube" for people who are into sports and I am their Head of Boxing Relations. Basically, they already have sponsors and funding, so if anyone of you sets up a profile on the site, you get paid based on cost per impression, cost per click and affiliate programs directly to your paypal.com account.
They are looking for partners in men and women's boxing that can represent organizations, promoters, individual fighters and content producers with archives of footage that can be resurrected to generate revenue. Current partnerships are forming now, i.e., Tommy Morrison, Tony "TNT" Tucker, myself and others. They even have invested in creating boxing fights and live shows that they would be happy to do more of.
If you just look at it like my space for boxing, you will get the idea. It can have video's, music, blogs, pictures, etc. placed on my profile to generate buzz, promote events etc. Its a great idea and I think you know the right people to get on this thing. It is in the beta phase and will fully launch in a couple of months. Like I said, they have the money to do this already and are in the process of setting up their own studio.
In addition, they will take video, VHS, DVD, BETA SP and DIGITAL footage that they can compress and place on your profile for you. They also provide full profile management (so you don't have too!) They got this idea because it is such a pain to find high quality boxing video that is legitimate on the youtube and myspace and other social networks sites. It is a great concept and I am behind them 110%!
